Key responsibilities & impact

Support technical aspects of the application product life cycle within a sub-product scope
Collaborate with customers to understand capability needs and gather project specifications
Create business cases and cost sheet analyses
Translate high-level business needs into detailed requirements
Analyze data to identify business problems, trends, and process-improvement opportunities
Create and execute test cases
Provide root cause analyses and corrective action plans
Verify delivery of customer needs and ensure quality delivery
Identify, document, and resolve risks, defects, and issues
Analyze market trends for competitive insight
Build organizational and platform knowledge and mentor junior resources
Assess end-system impacts of changes across multiple systems
Work with Technical Engineers, Software Engineers, Architects, Capability Managers, customers, and other team members to capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions
Create and maintain business vision, requirements, client personalization, and user-interface-design deliverables
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and address technology development and delivery challenges
Support requirements testing, including testing plans, scenarios, documentation, defect management, and analysis of customer impacts
Ensure required standards and approvals are met throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct or assist with requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews
Report project status, enable vendor solutions, and provide accurate documentation
Use AI tools such as Google Gemini or Claude AI to enhance data analysis, generate insights, and automate documentation
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 years of experience in Information Systems or Technology
Experience with Claude Code or Google Gemini
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems or related field, or relevant experience and/or education in lieu of a bachelor's degree
Preferred: 1 year of experience in Lean/Six Sigma
Preferred: 1 year of experience in Health Insurance or Healthcare Industry
Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems or related field
Preferred certifications: ITIL, TOGAF, Six Sigma, PMP, or AI Certification

Communication skills
Must comply with HIPAA, data security guidelines, company policies, and applicable laws
Able to work in a position designated office- or remote-based
Physical requirements include lifting up to 10 pounds constantly, 10–25 pounds occasionally, and 25–50 pounds rarely
