About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create data-driven insights identifying actionable opportunities aligned to the Quadruple Aim of Healthcare
- Design, develop, execute, disseminate and interpret clinical and population health analyses, metrics and reports
- Use clinical, member, financial and administrative data to identify, develop and monitor opportunities to improve health outcomes, clinical quality and costs of care
- Manage projects efficiently and effectively through successful completion
- Establish collaborative relationships with clinical, administrative, operational, financial and technical stakeholders
- Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise to internal and external stakeholders
- Support Senior and Lead analysts with consultative, technical, subject matter and business expertise mentorship
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be a US citizen due to contractual/access requirements
- 2 years leading the design, execution and dissemination of clinical and population health reporting, analyses and studies of progressive scope and complexity
- 2 years coding languages, analytical software, systems, tools and processes using claims, clinical, enrollment and provider data
- 1 year project leadership in a complex, matrixed environment
- 1 year providing analytical consultation to clinical, administrative, operational and financial stakeholders
- Strong working knowledge of coding languages, relational databases, quantitative and qualitative analytic methodologies, advanced analytics and statistics
- Healthcare industry expertise and knowledge of health insurance, healthcare delivery, provider relationships and regulatory issues
- Experience with clinical and business processes and developing improvement solutions
- Demonstrated ability to informally lead matrixed teams
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, Economics, Health Sciences, Informatics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Pharmacy or related field OR 6 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree
- R, SQL, or BigQuery/GCP experience strongly preferred
- Tableau or R-Shiny experience strongly preferred
