About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute the enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy and translate it into actionable plans and goals
  • Lead a large operational recruitment team responsible for hiring over 10,000 new hires annually
  • Partner with Employer Brand leaders and the VP of Talent Acquisition on recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Drive proactive pipelining, slate quality, innovative sourcing, and sustainable diverse talent pipelines
  • Manage hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management, and staff productivity
  • Plan, organize, staff, and manage day-to-day team operations, policies, programs, and assigned budgets
  • Provide senior leadership and oversight for critical, high-volume, and hard-to-fill recruitment needs
  • Develop and refine SLAs, quality-of-hire, and time-to-fill metrics
  • Drive adoption of AI and innovative recruitment tools to improve candidate experience and operational efficiency
  • Lead the recruiting team in advising business leaders on talent acquisition issues, actions, and strategies
  • Evaluate labor market data and partner with compensation on competitiveness
  • Ensure full-cycle recruitment complies with standardized processes and EEO/AA and OFCCP regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR or related field or relevant education and/or experience as determined by the company
  • 10 years of progressive Human Resources or Talent Acquisition experience
  • Track record of leading large teams, ideally in a combination of corporate and agency environments
  • 7 years of Talent Acquisition experience using an ATS and CRM to source, track, and measure results in an OFCCP-regulated environment
  • 5 years of Project Management experience, with ability to handle multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously under tight timelines
  • Experience in the Healthcare/Health Insurance industry
  • Deep experience working in complex, matrixed enterprise environments
  • Extensive experience with process improvement tools, service level agreements (SLAs), and advanced recruiting metrics
  • Compliance with EEO/AA and OFCCP regulations
  • Compliance with HIPAA, data security guidelines, company policies, federal and state laws, and training requirements
  • English; no additional language required
