About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support stakeholders of specific system applications by handling user inquiries/issues and system enhancements
- Analyze business processes and determine solutions, including training, process changes, or business-rule modifications
- Trace business requirements through test plans and cases
- Mentor junior resources using functional and organizational knowledge
- Lead customers, Application Developers, and team members in capturing capability needs and delivering business solutions
- Create and maintain business vision, requirements, client personalization, and user interface design deliverables
- Lead full project life cycles and participate in project teams
- Provide business and subject matter expertise for project and production activities
- Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain project approvals
- Interface with business areas, technical staff, and project teams to drive value, ROI, and innovative solutions
- Lead requirements testing, including plans, scenarios, schedules, outcomes, user task analysis, documentation, defect management, and results analysis
- Create ad-hoc reports, run system reports, and conduct complex report analysis
- Communicate project status, enable solutions, and provide accurate documentation
- Provide thought leadership and strategic direction in Product and Technology Solutions
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma/GED
- 7 years in a relevant operational area
- 5 years of technical application experience
- Ability to comply with SOC 2 standards and required approvals
- Skills in leadership, process improvement, analytical skills, problem-solving, communication, presentation delivery, customer service, and strategic thinking
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or Business Management
- Preferred: 5 years in the Health Insurance Industry
- Preferred: 5 years in the Healthcare Industry
- Preferred: 5 years with Lean Six/Sigma
- Preferred skills: SAS
- Required language other than English: None
- Ability to comply with HIPAA, data security guidelines, company policies, applicable laws, and training requirements
