About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead development of comprehensive Measurement & Evaluation Plans for solutions in the assigned portfolio
Define key performance metrics, data collection and analysis plans, and reporting schedules
Consult on evaluation of clinically innovative solutions and build stakeholder buy-in
Manage enterprise-wide stakeholders throughout the solution lifecycle
Align business objectives, metrics, targets, timelines, and deliverables with product owners, vendors, clinicians, analytics, marketing, finance, and client-facing teams
Consult during solution design to ensure appropriate data collection methods and post-launch data availability
Partner with Enterprise Analytics to plan, implement, maintain, test, and publish Living Health solution dashboards
Lead monthly dashboard-result discussions and maintain and enhance analyses
Prepare and present deep-dive insights and analysis reports
Develop performance insights to inform solution enhancements and strategic decisions
Coordinate milestone-based outcome reporting and finalize deliverables
Extract insights from studies to develop solution adoption and engagement strategies
Disseminate insights and study outcomes through internal and external presentations, executive audiences, and manuscripts
Maintain a portfolio of measurement plans, KPI dashboards, analyses, and insights
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 years of work experience with some exposure to innovation or healthcare-related fields, OR 3 years of work experience post graduate degree with some exposure to innovation or healthcare-related fields
Bachelor's degree in general science, life/health-related science, or related disciplines, or relevant experience and/or education in lieu of a bachelor's degree
Preferred: 3 years in a payer environment or hospital system environment
Experience measuring performance and adoption of digital products, capabilities, customer journeys, or operational processes
Experience working with data products and enterprise data assets
Experience establishing measurement frameworks, success metrics, or outcome-based reporting
Experience supporting portfolio management, strategic planning, or business performance reviews
Experience influencing decisions through data-driven analysis and recommendations
Measurement and evaluation research plan development and key performance metrics
Stakeholder management and influence
Project management
Strong quantitative and analytic skills
Insights reporting, information sharing, communication, writing, and executive presentation skills
Compliance with HIPAA, data security guidelines, company policies, applicable laws, and training requirements
