About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead data testing strategy, planning, estimation, execution oversight, quality metrics, and reporting
- Oversee SQL and database validation, data integration, ETL, migration, and end-to-end data-flow testing
- Guide test data management and apply test automation and data-validation tools
- Lead risk identification, mitigation, defect management, and root cause analysis
- Drive quality across the SDLC, Agile delivery, and release readiness
- Build client relationships and lead cross-functional collaboration
- Communicate quality status and business impacts to executives
- Coach and develop QA testers and Associate Quality Leads
- Translate complex data-quality risks into clear business impacts
- Protect confidential customer information and comply with HIPAA and company security policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 years of proven ability to manage projects, timelines, and resources effectively
- 3 years of demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and meet client expectations
- 3 years of experience leading and mentoring small teams through all phases of the SDLC
- Ability to coach and develop QA testers and Associate Quality Leads
- Leadership experience in large healthcare transformation, data migration, MDM, data warehouse, or integration programs
- Healthcare data-domain knowledge across claims, membership, provider, and care management
- Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar data platforms
- Experience with test automation, data-validation tools, API testing, and JSON, XML, or file validation
- Familiarity with Splunk or Dynatrace
- Strong understanding of end-to-end healthcare business processes and regulatory quality expectations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Relevant experience and/or education may substitute for a bachelor's degree, as determined by the company
- Position requires compliance with HIPAA, data-security guidelines, company policies, and applicable laws
