  • Supervise, delegate to, and evaluate assigned LPN scope of practice as appropriate
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans according to physician, nurse, and hospital policy
  • Establish culturally and age-appropriate expected outcomes with patients, families, and healthcare providers
  • Analyze health status to determine patient care needs
  • Assess reported or recorded changes in condition, notify physicians or supervisors, intervene appropriately, and document
  • Accept assignments outside the primary unit within individualized competency
  • Pursue continuous professional learning and participate in peer review
  • Evaluate patient and family satisfaction and advocate for patients and customers
  • Assess and attempt to resolve patient and family concerns
  • Complete assigned duties within established work shifts using effective time management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current State of PA RN licensure OR current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC)
  • Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
  • Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate
  • Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
  • CPR certification
  • Certification in area of specialty preferred
  • Must comply with HIPAA, data security guidelines, Code of Business Conduct, applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and training requirements
