About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support large-scale, complex customer engagements using people, process, and technology competencies
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Clinical, Provider, IT, external customers, and other stakeholders
  • Configure solutions and deliver value through HM Health Solutions and Health Plan products and capabilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor in solutioning, implementation, and strategic capabilities
  • Deliver client-facing advisory and delivery services
  • Own deliverable artifacts and meet contractual obligations
  • Lead workstreams, engage customer stakeholders, and develop institutional knowledge
  • Develop junior professionals through coaching, mentorship, and professional development
  • Contribute to complex, large-scale, multi-year client enterprise transformation programs
  • Gather, synthesize, analyze, and interpret business and systems information
  • Develop client-specific requirements, standard operating procedures, functional roles and responsibilities, process flows, and user guides
  • Maintain expertise in the practice area and client environment
  • Contribute to operational readiness, organizational change management, solution capability, packaging, estimating, planning, and delivery management
  • Lead engagement workstreams to meet milestones on time, with high quality and within agreed budgets
  • Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Management Information Science, Health Administration, or closely related field
  • 5 years of Consulting and/or Industry experience
  • Preferred: 3 years in the Healthcare/Insurance Industry
  • Preferred: 3 years in Technology Platform Delivery
  • Preferred: 3 years in Program/Project Management
  • Preferred: Experience engaging, influencing, and advising senior executive leaders
  • Preferred: Experience working in complex matrixed environments
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and spoken communications skills
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
  • Proven ability to build and sustain internal and customer relationships
  • Ability to mentor, consult, and provide guidance to others
  • Preferred certifications: PMP, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
  • No additional language required beyond English
  • Must comply with HIPAA, data security guidelines, company policies, applicable laws, and the Code of Business Conduct
  • Physical work site required
