Key responsibilities & impact

Collect, analyze, and report on key performance indicators
Develop dashboards, scorecards, forecasting, trending, tracking reports, and executive presentations
Consult with cross-functional groups to identify data and analytical needs
Conduct analyses and review findings with leadership
Facilitate process and data improvement efforts
Prepare intelligence for customers when needed
Collect source data from various departments
Design and build analyses, trending, and forecasting reports using Excel or other technology
Publish metrics dashboards and executive presentations
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Develop processes, tools, and templates for efficient, accurate, standardized data analyses
Leverage automation and develop data collection systems to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality
Ensure reporting consistency and accuracy by identifying KPI issues and fluctuations
Research questions and participate in or lead process and data improvement efforts
Document reporting, process, and procedure changes while maintaining data integrity controls
Communicate with internal organizations, external vendors/partners, and internal staff
Present complex subjects meaningfully and comprehensibly
Develop work plans, estimate completion dates, and communicate status
Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be a US citizen due to contractual/access requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Math, Computer Science, Quantitative Business Analysis, or closely related field
5 years of directly related work experience
Proficient to master level with Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access
Basic understanding of SQL/querying capabilities
Experience with end-user reporting tools
Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle Process
Strong analytical, written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Effective participation in team-based work
Ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapid, fast-changing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven culture
Capable of adjusting to changing priorities
Ability to learn new skills and technologies quickly
Ability to investigate root causes and recommend solutions
Preferred: Strong SQL skills, Tableau, Dataiku, Google Cloud, and Python
Preferred Master's Degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or Operations Research
