Key responsibilities & impact

Own the end-to-end financial front door for members, from understanding cost of care through upfront payment collection or financing options
Ensure post-encounter Explanations of Benefits are simple and accurately match cost estimates
Define the product strategy, vision, and value proposition for cost transparency and coverage experiences
Develop strategic visions and business cases
Gain alignment and support from strategic partners and stakeholders
Oversee execution of the product vision
Understand the company’s strategic roadmap and competitive position
Anticipate future needs and identify improvement opportunities using metrics and qualitative input
Represent the product in governance meetings
Communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions to product teams and executives
Serve as accountable owner for products and tools within the portfolio
Drive cross-product and cross-customer value and shared learnings
Own and continuously reprioritize the product backlog
Coach and guide junior product team members

What you’ll need

5 years of Product experience
5 years with the Software Lifecycle
3 years of advanced domain experience
Business acumen for P&Ls
Communication skills
Conflict management skills
Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, mathematics or related field OR relevant experience and/or education in lieu of a bachelor's degree
Ability to comply with HIPAA, privacy, information security, legal, and company policy requirements
Travel requirement of 0%–25%
Physical work site required occasionally
Ability to lift up to 10 pounds constantly
