Key responsibilities & impact

Lead or support key strategic initiatives across the Enterprise
Participate in a portfolio of projects involving team leadership, problem-solving, data analysis, project management, communication, and implementation support
Participate in developing strategic plans for the Enterprise and key business units
Identify, clarify, and resolve complex issues critical to initiative success
Identify initiative impacts with other strategic initiatives to ensure overall strategy alignment
Develop standard analytics and processes for leading strategic initiatives
Help shape the organization’s culture and skill set
Support planning, communicating, and managing enterprise strategy
Perform other duties as assigned or requested

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Business, or related field, or relevant experience and/or education in lieu of bachelor's degree
5 years of experience in Strategic Planning or related work experience in Business or Healthcare, or equivalent combination of experience and education
2 years of consulting experience (external or internal), or equivalent combination of experience and education
Ability to solve complex conceptual and operational problems
Potential ability to lead teams in problem-solving exercises
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Demonstrated influencing and teamwork skills
Basic project management skills
Focus on impacts to the customer of decisions rendered
Proactive in driving change and continuous improvement
Strong emotional intelligence, with servant leadership mindset
Commitment to development of others and self
Ability to comply with HIPAA, data security guidelines, company policies, and applicable laws
No language other than English required
