About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM implementations
Manage multi-track transformation programs aligned with ERP Cloud implementations
Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs and senior stakeholders
Lead solution design workshops and architecture discussions for SCM solutions
Strengthen SCM practice by developing accelerators, reusable assets, and frameworks
Ensure quality delivery, documentation, and adherence to Highstreet implementation frameworks
Drive process standardization, automation, and best practices across SCM programs
Build high-performing delivery teams by developing internal talent and guiding project teams
Collaborate with sales and leadership teams in pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and proposal development
Contribute to practice growth through solution accelerators, frameworks, and reusable assets

Requirements

What you’ll need

8–12+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in Oracle SCM (Cloud preferred)
Proven track record of leading large-scale Oracle Cloud SCM implementations
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
Proven team-building and mentoring capabilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strategic thinking with execution excellence
