About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze and design sequences of operations and workflows to improve efficiencies in plant and production facilities and equipment layouts
  • Establish methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel
  • Establish or assist in establishing accident prevention measures
  • Manage training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operations
  • Conduct studies on cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems
  • Develop and implement plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods
  • Assist facilities engineers in planning and designing facilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of relevant exempt experience
  • Master's Degree and 0 year of relevant professional experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering from an ABET accredited program
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Relevant experience in industrial engineering, production operations, facilities, workflow, cost control, inventory control, or production record systems
  • Must work first shift
  • No clearance required to start
