Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze and design sequences of operations and workflows to improve efficiencies in plant and production facilities and equipment layouts
  • Establish methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel
  • Establish or assist in establishing accident prevention measures
  • Manage training programs for personnel concerning production operations
  • Conduct studies related to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems
  • Develop and implement plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods
  • Assist facilities engineers in planning and designing facilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of relevant exempt experience; Master's Degree and 3 years of relevant professional experience; Ph.D. and 0 years of experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering from an ABET accredited program
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel, and PowerPoint (nice to have)
  • VBA experience (a plus)
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Ability to work first shift
  • Must work onsite; not eligible for telework
