About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supervise, assign, coordinate and evaluate semi-skilled and skilled trades personnel
  • Supervise and train employees to improve work quality and productivity
  • Recommend training to enhance employee skills and productivity
  • Assist in developing training procedures
  • Break broad strategies down into practical action plans
  • Ensure employees are trained to perform action plans
  • Ensure compliance with drawings, procedures and all technical aspects of the job
  • Oversee manufacturing, installation, operation, testing and process operations with significant financial impact
  • Monitor job and budget performance for all shifts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BS/Apprentice + 4 years production supervisor experience OR Non-BS/Non-Apprentice with 6 years combined production supervisory experience and/or CS experience
  • Knowledge and experience with the Light Duty Program (nice to have)
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Ability to work first shift
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
