About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supervise, assign, coordinate and evaluate semi-skilled and skilled trades personnel
  • Supervise and train employees to improve quality and quantity of work performed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • HS Diploma/GED and 6 years of craft experience, with at least 2 years in production supervisory experience
  • Apprentice Graduate/AA Degree and 2 years of craft experience, with at least 2 years of production supervisory experience
  • Must be willing and able to work any shift assigned
  • U.S. Citizenship is not required for this position
