Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare, develop and coordinate the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet program objectives
  • Ensure major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across finance, engineering, material, manufacturing and quality
  • Track plans and schedules
  • Perform risk analysis
  • Identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts
  • Use Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress
  • Identify performance variances and facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree and 0 years of relevant exempt experience
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • NNS Apprentice School graduate, Navy Nuclear Power School (NNPS) graduate, Associate's Degree or other formal 2 year program with relevant experience, Military Paygrade E-5 or above military experience, or qualifying High School/GED and relevant experience may be used as equivalents to a Bachelor's Degree
  • Associate's Degree or other formal 2 year program and 2 years of relevant exempt experience or 4 years of relevant non-exempt experience
  • High School/GED and 4 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant exempt experience
  • High School/GED and 8 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant non-exempt experience
