About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Report to the Manager of Ingalls' IT Integration Office
  • Define, build, and improve data analysis and reporting
  • Build comprehensive metrics and dashboards
  • Create collaboration and analytical mechanisms using the full MS365 suite
  • Integrate various datasets, data sources, and SharePoint sites across the department
  • Lead assigned IT Integration Office efforts and ensure matters are effectively managed
  • Translate leadership's strategic direction into detailed action plans
  • Facilitate process definition, mapping, and dataset identification, standardization, and maturity
  • Engineer and implement standard processes in a matrixed environment for repeatable health assessments
  • Identify cross-department interconnections and correlations for holistic governance and data-driven reporting
  • Support IT homeroom processes to generate data standardization and decision recommendations
  • Drive compliance and cost-optimization programs
  • Lead reconciliations and support health checks, audits, and benchmarks
  • Participate in special assignments involving the IT organization, projects, cost reduction initiatives, and coordination
  • Develop innovative solutions to complex problems and communicate technical matters to executives and subject matter experts
  • Develop and drive solutions consistent with organizational objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree and 9 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 7 years of relevant experience, or PhD and 5 years of experience
  • Advanced/expert skills in MS365 tool suite, including SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Power Apps, PowerPages, Forms/Lists, PowerPoint, Excel, Planner, and Workflows
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate across technical and business functions
  • Strong understanding of IT best practices, ISO, CMMC, ITIL, and other IT governance frameworks
  • Professional certification in process engineering, data analytics, or similar is a preferred qualification
  • Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant professional experience is preferred
  • U.S. citizenship is not required
  • Must work on-site in Pascagoula; not eligible for telework
