Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects
Serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management
Review project status and budgets
Manage project schedules and prepare status reports
Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress
Intervene and solve problems with project managers, line managers, and clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of experience, or Master’s degree or above and 8 years of experience
U.S. citizenship required
Knowledge of industry practices and technical standards
Working knowledge of Planning Yard processes and customers
Excellent customer interface, verbal and written communication skills
Advanced analytical, data analysis and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead, influence, collaborate and motivate cross-functional teams
Ability to negotiate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts
Must work on first shift
Travel 10%-25% of the time
