About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects
  • Serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management
  • Review project status and budgets
  • Manage schedules and prepare status reports
  • Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of experience, or Master’s degree or above and 8 years of experience
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Knowledge of industry practices and technical standards
  • Working knowledge of Planning Yard processes and customers
  • Excellent customer interface, verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Access and Excel
  • Advanced analytical, data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead, influence, collaborate and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Ability to negotiate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts
  • Travel 10%-25% of the time
