Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supervise, assign, coordinate and evaluate semi-skilled and skilled trades personnel

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree OR Apprentice Certification OR High School and 4 years combined manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades, military experience OR Associate Degree in a Trade/Technical and 3 years of relevant manufacturing, shipbuilding, trade and/or military experience
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Ability to supervise, train, assign, coordinate and evaluate semi-skilled and skilled trades personnel
  • Compliance with technical requirements, drawings and procedures
  • Newport News Shipbuilding experience is not explicitly required
