About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supervise, assign, coordinate and evaluate semi-skilled and skilled trades personnel

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma
  • 10 years of experience
  • 4 years in a craft management role
  • Experience in Ingalls cost structure and work order (bill) process
  • Experience with planning, controlling and execution of outfitting schedule
  • Experience using IFS
  • Cost and schedule accountability
  • Ability to organize priorities to meet major events
  • Interpersonal skills of leadership
  • Ability to comply with technical aspects of the job, including adherence to drawings and procedures
  • U.S. citizenship is not required for this position
