About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and deliver training materials on company products, processes and technologies
  • Ensure team members develop, maintain, and increase technical and/or process knowledge
  • Provide orientation and training on new course materials
  • Select appropriate training aids
  • Prepare lesson plans relevant to training material
  • Monitor training personnel records to ensure employees meet company training requirements for company and regulatory compliance
  • Analyze course evaluations to judge training effectiveness and implement improvement suggestions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years additional education and/or related experience
  • Apprentice graduate/ Associate's Degree in relevant discipline and 1 year of related experience
  • May require certification
  • U.S. Citizenship required for this position
  • Ability to work multiple shifts
  • No clearance required to start
