About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze digital design data and use it with build plans to create quality and accurate Visual Work Instructions (VWIs)
  • Interpret and add design elements and portions of systems for VWIs to meet manufacturing and installation requirements
  • Utilize computer-aided design equipment and graphic tools such as Teamcenter, NX, SAP, NGP and TDP
  • Incorporate required changes as applicable
  • Advise management on work-in-progress status, material availability, and potential production problems
  • Ensure personnel, equipment, materials and services are provided as needed
  • Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate's Degree in relevant field and 3 Years of relevant experience
  • NNS Apprentice School graduate may be used as equivalent to an Associate's Degree
  • Navy Nuclear Power School (NNPS) graduate may be used as equivalent to an Associate's Degree
  • High School/GED and 2 years of related Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience may be used as equivalent to an Associate's Degree
  • High School/GED and 4 years of non-related Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience may be used as equivalent to an Associate's Degree
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Knowledge with Team Center, SAP, Trade work, NGP, and/or Excel preferred but not required
  • Must be a self starter, eager to learn, and a team player
