About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Close timeshare sales and drive sales results
- Follow production and effort-based guidelines
- Deliver superior customer service while maintaining Hilton Grand Vacations values
- Work independently and collaboratively with key partners across the organization
- Participate in scheduled sales meetings and trainings via platforms such as Microsoft Teams Meetings
- Navigate sales and communication programs including Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, and Microsoft Outlook
- Apply product knowledge and communicate product value effectively to customers
- Use diverse selling approaches and product offerings, including deed and trust sales
Requirements
What you’ll need- Possess sales experience
- Active state real estate license if required in the state of residence
- Must reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship: AL, AZ, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, MI, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA, WN
- Basic technical abilities with Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Teams Meetings
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Professional appearance
- Ability to follow production and effort-based guidelines

- Ability to participate in scheduled sales meetings and trainings
