About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform audits for the National Marketing Center's reservations for accuracy and identify errors
- Send and resend confirmation emails and/or letters for reservations or sales presentations as requested
- Provide accurate error reports and follow up to ensure all errors are corrected
- Maintain working knowledge of all resorts, Company products, and services related to marketing and the Company
- Perform accurate data entry
- Complete required Company trainings and compliance courses
- Adhere to Company standards and maintain compliance with all policies and procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- A minimum one year of experience in the audit, hospitality, or timeshare field required
- Maintains a typing proficiency at a rate of 35 words per minute
- Exemplary organizational skills
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to interpret and create spreadsheets
- Able to use sound judgment and work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
