About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the customization of white-label applications for Android and iOS
Perform testing, QA, and user acceptance testing, documenting evidence
Assist with fixing simple bugs and making code adjustments
Publish and update applications on Google Play and the App Store
Log, route, and monitor initial support tickets
Keep documentation, records, and reports organized
Follow quality and security standards, tools, and best practices
Participate in the applications’ entire life cycle
Support the development team in a collaborative environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed or ongoing higher education in IT or related fields (Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, Computer Science, etc.)
Knowledge of programming logic
Familiarity with mobile programming languages (Kotlin, Swift, or Java)
Basic Microsoft Office skills; intermediate Excel skills preferred
Familiarity with version control and task management tools
One year of experience, including internships, in development or IT support — preferred
Hands-on experience with mobile development (Android Studio, Xcode) — preferred
Previous experience with white-label apps and product customization — preferred
Experience using Azure DevOps or similar tools (Jira, Trello, GitLab, etc.) — preferred
Knowledge of Google and Apple publishing standards and guidelines — preferred
Curious, organized, and continuous-improvement-oriented mindset
