About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end deployment planning and execution for provider customers
Own timelines, scope, risk management, and successful go-live across health system environments
Partner with customer stakeholders to understand workflows, clinical requirements, organizational constraints, and strategic goals
Translate implementation requirements into scalable solution designs across provider types, EHR systems, and care delivery models
Coordinate deployment, product, engineering, and go-to-market teams
Identify and resolve deployment risks and unblock complex healthcare operational challenges
Design and standardize deployment best practices, playbooks, and operating models
Advise customers during rollout and adoption
Support change management and train clinical and operational teams
Establish customer relationships, complete deployments, document playbooks, and identify systemic improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in deployment, implementation, solutions architecture, technical consulting, or a related customer-facing role working with enterprise or healthcare customers
Strong understanding of provider-side healthcare workflows, operations, and systems
Proven ability to manage complex customer engagements with clinical, operational, IT, and executive stakeholders
Excellent communication skills translating between business and technical audiences
Strong problem-solving skills in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Track record of driving execution and delivering results across cross-functional teams
Required BA/BS degree
Direct experience with hospitals, health systems, provider groups, or adjacent provider organizations preferred
Familiarity with EHR integration, clinical workflow mapping, change management, and regulatory requirements preferred
Experience designing and scaling repeatable deployment processes preferred
Experience balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution preferred
Familiarity with HIPAA, state regulations, quality reporting, and clinical governance preferred
Experience with AI, digital health, or clinical decision support tools in healthcare preferred
Legally authorized to work in the United States
