About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own healthcare AI deployments end-to-end, from workflow discovery and solution design through build/configuration, launch, adoption, and measurable business impact
- Establish stakeholder relationships, identify technical and operational dependencies, and drive milestones toward measurable customer value
- Understand customer business problems and scope solutions aligned with objectives
- Design and build agents for complex, high-stakes healthcare conversations
- Map data flows between customer systems and conversations; scope required builds and partner with engineering to ship them
- Lead implementation activities including stakeholder adoption, agent configuration, timeline management, solution documentation, blocker prevention, and call-schedule configuration
- Partner with forward-deployed engineers to specify AI features for customer deployments
- Convert deployment learnings into repeatable playbooks, templates, and best practices
- Develop analytics and dashboards to track deployment performance
- Use deployment insights to improve internal products and processes
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, customer success partners, clinical experts, and customer stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of relevant experience in deployment, implementation, strategic operations, consulting, solution architecture, or technical program management
- Direct experience serving healthcare customers or working inside a healthcare organization
- Working knowledge of provider-side, payor-side, or life sciences workflows, operations, and organizational dynamics
- Ability to reason about unfamiliar data models and schemas, direct analyses, and identify incorrect outputs
- Hands-on comfort with JSON files, terminals, command-line coding assistants, and git workflows
- Experience project-managing complex customer engagements across operational, clinical, IT, and executive stakeholders
- BA/BS in a technical field such as engineering, science, analytics, or economics
- SQL preferred
- Epic experience, including Clarity, Caboodle, or Cogito, or Epic certification preferred
- Clinical background such as RN, BSN, or clinical informatics preferred
- Forward-deployed, implementation, or solutions experience at an AI, data platform, or health-tech company preferred
- HL7 or FHIR fluency preferred
- Experience with utilization management, prior authorization, care management, revenue cycle, or value-based care programs preferred
- Prior exposure to LLM-based or agentic products in production preferred
