About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own healthcare AI deployments end-to-end, from workflow discovery and solution design through hands-on build/configuration, launch, adoption, and measurable business impact
- Own a defined deployment workstream or major customer milestone
- Establish stakeholder relationships and identify technical and operational dependencies
- Drive a clear path to measurable value in clinical and operational environments
- Map customer care and operational workflows
- Determine which workflows are ready for an AI agent and present evidence to customer leadership
- Translate operational goals into solution designs for engineering and product
- Configure and test agent behavior using JSON, the command line, and version control
- Validate deployment data inputs and outputs and identify discrepancies
- Drive integration, security review, and go-live sequencing
- Resolve ambiguity during the build process
- Establish baselines and quantify post-launch changes
- Build dashboards and analyses to demonstrate impact
- Build executive stakeholder trust and identify future workflows
- Document lessons learned to accelerate future deployments
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, customer success partners, clinical experts, and customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of relevant experience in deployment, implementation, strategic operations, consulting, solution architecture, or technical program management — however that experience was accrued
- Direct experience serving healthcare customers, or working inside a healthcare organization
- Working knowledge of provider-side, payor-side, or life sciences workflows, operations, and organizational dynamics
- Demonstrated ability to reason about data models, interrogate unfamiliar schemas, build or direct analyses, and identify incorrect outputs
- Hands-on comfort with JSON files, terminals, command-line coding assistants, and git workflows
- Track record of project-managing complex customer engagements across operational, clinical, IT, and executive stakeholders simultaneously
- BA/BS in a technical field such as engineering, science, analytics, economics, or similar
- SQL
- Epic experience, including Clarity, Caboodle, or Cogito work, or Epic certification
- Clinical background such as RN, BSN, or clinical informatics
- Forward-deployed, implementation, or solutions work at an AI, data platform, or health-tech company
- HL7 or FHIR fluency
- Experience with utilization management, prior authorization, care management, revenue cycle, or value-based care programs
- Prior exposure to LLM-based or agentic products in production
- Ability to work onsite in Menlo Park, CA, 5 days per week for 8 hours a day
- Legal authorization to work in the country of the position
- Visa sponsorship status must be addressed
