About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Join the validation team within HIRSCH’s engineering department
  • Design and develop test cases
  • Analyze product specifications to understand expected requirements and functionalities
  • Write test plans detailing validation scenarios and acceptance criteria
  • Execute manual tests to validate new features and identify defects
  • Validate and maintain existing automated test scripts
  • Analyze and diagnose the causes of malfunctions identified during testing
  • Document test results and track defects through to resolution
  • Work closely with developers to ensure the quality and functionality of the software and programmable automation systems developed by HIRSCH

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or Electronics
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in software validation and QA
  • Strong knowledge of validation methodologies and testing techniques
  • Ability to develop detailed test plans
  • Basic programming skills in Python
  • Knowledge of Jira and Playwright is a plus
  • Professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Curious, thorough, and well organized
  • Enjoys working as part of a team
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems proactively
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with development teams and other stakeholders
  • Flexible and adaptable in response to rapidly evolving projects and technologies
