Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives and operational projects across departments, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Translate strategic objectives into detailed project plans with clear milestones, responsibilities, and resource allocation
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
Facilitate and lead project team meetings
Monitor project performance, manage risks, and resolve issues to maintain project progress and quality
Create and deliver regular status reports, executive summaries, and post-project evaluations
Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending solutions
Champion change management efforts tied to strategic initiatives
Maintain documentation and knowledge management for all strategic projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in project or program management, with a focus on strategic initiatives
Strong self starter with an ability to problem solve on one’s own
Servant leadership style with ability to adapt to various working and communication styles
Demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects with executive visibility
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in project management tools
Up to 10% travel
Master’s degree (MBA or similar) is a plus
PMP or similar certification
Experience using ClickUp
Experience in Consulting, Retail, CPG, or Food Service
Familiarity with agile and hybrid project management methodologies
