About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Overall responsibility for operational property management, including P&L, quality, and customer satisfaction
Financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, business cases, and KPI management
Leadership of regional property management units and central functions such as marketing and customer accounting as an integrated organization
Further development of the reporting areas
Standardization of processes, standards, and management frameworks
Further development of the property management business model with a focus on sustainable growth
Digitalization of processes ranging from lease management and collections to marketing and order management
Leadership of transformation and integration projects, including change management
Contributing to the overall strategy as a member of the Executive Management Team

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree in business administration, real estate economics, real estate management, or a comparable field
Several years of leadership and P&L experience in real estate management and the management of large property portfolios
Extensive stakeholder management experience; private equity experience is an advantage
Proven transformation experience in integration, scaling, and process standardization
Experience leading decentralized organizations across multiple regions
Strong affinity for digital solutions and a solid understanding of operational business models
Strong, inclusive, and visible leadership personality with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to assertively drive results
Business-fluent German
Fluent French is required
Good command of English
Work location in the greater Zurich area, with regular presence at locations throughout Switzerland
