Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, maintain, and support SharePoint, ASP.NET Core, .NET, ASP, SQL Server, and SQL-based applications
  • Implement application enhancements, defect fixes, configuration changes, and technical improvements
  • Perform coding, unit testing, debugging, peer review support, and deployment activities
  • Troubleshoot production incidents through diagnosis, resolution, recovery, closure, and documentation
  • Fulfil service requests involving application functionality, configuration, user support, access, and data needs
  • Support change requests through impact analysis, development, testing, implementation, and post-deployment validation
  • Identify root causes and implement permanent corrective fixes for problem requests
  • Maintain technical documents, support procedures, runbooks, and knowledge articles
  • Collaborate with business users, senior developers, infrastructure, QA, security, and support teams
  • Follow coding, security, release, service-management, and SLA processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–6 years of experience in application development, maintenance, and support
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint and Microsoft technologies
  • Technical experience with SharePoint Online/Server, ASP.NET Core, .NET, ASP, SQL Server, SQL, debugging, testing, and performance basics
  • Knowledge of incident, service request, change request, problem request, deployment, RCA, SLA, and knowledge management
  • Agile delivery experience
  • Documentation, collaboration, communication, customer focus, and continuous improvement skills
  • Life Insurance domain knowledge is preferred
