About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collect, structure, and analyze usage, behavioral, performance, and financial results data to support business decision-making
Monitor product KPIs, identify variances, consolidate findings, and propose action plans
Support the structuring of databases, reports, and dashboards, ensuring information consistency and analytical quality
Prepare executive materials, management reports, and presentations on product evolution, results, and strategic initiatives
Support backlog management and prioritization by organizing requests and defining prioritization criteria
Gather, detail, and validate business requirements with the relevant stakeholders, translating needs into structured requests
Track initiative development, supporting the understanding of business rules and the validation of deliverables
Analyze and validate monthly closing data, provisions, and financial indicators
Foster collaboration among business, technology, finance, legal, regulatory, and external partner teams
Identify continuous improvement opportunities in processes, controls, KPIs, and operational routines
Serve as an analytical reference for medium-complexity topics
Develop comparative analyses and business scenarios, and provide data-driven recommendations
Act as Product Owner for the MVNO squad, defining development and improvement items and prioritizing sprint work

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Previous experience in the telecommunications industry
Advanced Excel skills, including data modeling, complex formulas, database structuring, and KPI analysis
Previous experience with Agile methodologies
Experience creating and implementing intelligent agents
Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence solutions for business process automation, analysis, and improvement
Advanced English
Intermediate Spanish
Previous MVNO experience (preferred)
Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, or equivalent tools for data exploration and visualization, analysis automation, dashboard development, and KPI tracking (preferred)
