About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze data to generate strategic insights and support decision-making
Develop and model dashboards and management reports to identify business and market trends
Perform data modeling to build analytical solutions
Conduct exploratory analyses and data quality validations
Collect, process, cleanse, and transform data into structured, relevant information
Partner with product teams and business areas to gather requirements
Develop solutions using analytics platforms and Business Intelligence (BI) tools
Contribute to the evolution and support of a Data Lake-based data architecture using the Medallion model (Bronze, Silver, and Gold)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (required)
Graduate degree in IT OR six certifications in the relevant field or agile methodologies (required)
Proven experience in data or BI
Experience with data modeling and analysis
Experience building dashboards and reports
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, Looker, Metabase, or similar)
Knowledge of data integration tools (PowerCenter, Talend, or similar)
Experience with SQL
Experience with Python
Experience with BigQuery
Experience with dbt
Knowledge of data processing, cleansing, and transformation techniques
Experience with Data Lake architecture and the Medallion model (Bronze, Silver, and Gold)
Analytical skills, logical reasoning, and critical thinking
Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
Proactive, organized, and results-oriented approach
Ability to analyze, solve problems, and make decisions
Adaptability to new processes, technologies, and environments
