About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain the mobile application using TypeScript and React Native
Develop and maintain the BFF (Backend for Frontend) using Node.js and GraphQL
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Designers, and Quality Assurance (QA) professionals
Participate in the definition and delivery of new features
Conduct code reviews, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to best practices
Identify and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks
Contribute to the evolution of architecture and code quality practices within the team
Develop and maintain unit and automated tests, ensuring code quality and reliability

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification
Strong experience with Node.js, GraphQL, TypeScript, and React Native
Knowledge of AWS Lambda and Serverless architecture
Experience with AWS ECS
Experience with NestJS
Experience with GraphQL Federation, especially Apollo Federation
Knowledge of query planning
Experience with Hexagonal Architecture (Ports and Adapters)
Knowledge and application of SOLID principles, especially ISP and DIP
Experience with Redux/Sagas and Flux architecture
Knowledge of and experience with in-memory caching strategies, such as Redis
Experience with TDD and BDD
Knowledge of CI/CD
Proficiency in version control, preferably Git
Understanding of mobile security principles
Experience with agile software development methodologies
Experience with unit and automated testing for backend and frontend systems using Jest, Cucumber, and Appium
Experience in native Android and iOS development
Experience with Docker
Experience with AWS
English proficiency is preferred
