Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) and Java (Java SE/EE, Spring Boot), with a focus on quality, performance, security, and scalability
Design and implement solutions following software architecture, software engineering, and secure development best practices
Use Generative AI tools and development assistants for code generation, documentation, testing, code review, and productivity
Develop integrations with AI platforms, Large Language Model (LLM) APIs, cognitive services, and intelligent automation solutions
Apply Prompt Engineering techniques and develop solutions involving Machine Learning, Generative AI, and advanced data analytics
Participate in the design, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence models
Develop and maintain data pipelines for analytical applications and AI models
Configure and integrate enterprise platforms, systems, and services, ensuring interoperability
Perform technical requirements analysis and diagnose and resolve development, architecture, integration, and performance issues
Develop reusable components, internal frameworks, and accelerators
Implement unit, integration, and automated tests
Contribute to the modernization of legacy applications
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational manuals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Undergraduate degree in Technology, plus a postgraduate degree in IT
ITIL Foundation v3 or higher certification, or documented training
Proven experience developing applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) and Java (Java SE/EE, Spring Boot)
Experience with Azure OpenAI Service, Azure Machine Learning, or AWS Bedrock
Experience with projects involving autonomous agents, Generative Artificial Intelligence, or enterprise copilots
Experience with MLOps, DataOps, and observability for AI solutions
Availability to work on-site two days per week in downtown Rio de Janeiro
Experience with microservices architecture, REST APIs, messaging, and system integration
Experience with relational and non-relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MongoDB
Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and deployment automation
Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Amazon CodeWhisperer
Knowledge of Machine Learning and AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, LangChain, and Semantic Kernel
Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and NLP
Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
Certifications in Microsoft, Java, Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence are desirable
