Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Java
Apply object-oriented programming and design patterns when developing solutions
Develop and maintain integrations with relational databases
Create and maintain technical API documentation
Fix bugs, improve performance, and refactor code
Work collaboratively using Agile methodologies
Participate in technical discussions and propose continuous improvements to solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field; or completion of any higher education program accompanied by a postgraduate certificate in Information Technology of at least 360 hours
Solid experience in Java development
Proficiency in object-oriented programming, Collections, Generics, Lambda expressions, Stream API, exceptions, I/O, and Java language features
Experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture
Knowledge of Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), MVC, design patterns, and SOLID principles
Experience with relational databases, especially Oracle or PostgreSQL; SQL, PL/SQL/PL/pgSQL; query optimization; and execution plan analysis
Knowledge of MongoDB and Elasticsearch
Experience with RabbitMQ, Webhooks, REST, and SOAP
Experience with unit and integration testing, JUnit, and TDD practices
Knowledge of application security, authentication and authorization, OAuth 2.0, JWT, Keycloak, and OWASP
Experience with Git, Docker, SonarQube, and CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of Kubernetes and container/orchestration environments
Experience deploying applications and implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery
Knowledge of functional and non-functional requirements analysis and Agile methodologies
Ability to contribute to the analysis, development, support, and enhancement of highly complex solutions
