Key responsibilities & impact

Identify, maintain, and validate requirements, helping translate client expectations into clear and concise user stories.
Develop an understanding of the business ecosystem, proposing process improvements and new features.
Manage, refine, and prioritize the product backlog.
Identify stakeholder needs through interviews, workshops, and observation.
Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
Create and maintain Functional Specifications and User Stories.
Assist with backlog definition and delivery expectation management.
Contribute to defining sprint objectives and user story acceptance criteria.
Develop and execute functional tests based on business requirements.
Support and lead the acceptance testing of solutions and deliverables with users and business managers.
Record and track identified nonconformities.
Support users in using products and in creating or updating product manuals and documentation.
Develop strategic solutions using Design Thinking and Lean Inception.
Understand and analyze BPM process mapping.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ensino superior completo em Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia da Computação ou áreas correlatas.
Experiência em atividades de levantamento de requisitos e/ou atuação como Analista de Negócios.
Experiência com desenvolvimento de produtos por meio de metodologias ágeis, como Scrum, SAFe ou similares.
Ter atuado em produtos e sistemas de alta complexidade técnica e regulatória.
Experiência em testes funcionais e homologação de sistemas.
Conhecimento na elaboração de cenários e casos de teste com base em requisitos de negócio.
Conhecimento em UML.
Conhecimento em prototipação.
Conhecimento em SQL.
Conhecimento em linguagem Markdown.
Experiência na utilização de ferramentas de controle de versão.
Conhecimento em ferramentas de gestão ágil e acompanhamento de demandas, como Jira, Azure DevOps ou similares.
Experiência em processos de Quality Assurance (QA) e melhoria contínua da qualidade de software.
Certificação CPRE (Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering) — desejável.
Certificação Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I) ou Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) — desejável.
Certificação CTFL (Certified Tester Foundation Level) ou equivalente em Testes de Software — desejável.
Conhecimento em técnicas de testes de software, incluindo testes funcionais, integração, regressão e homologação — desejável.
Conhecimento em ferramentas para testes de API, como Postman e Swagger — desejável.
Conhecimento em automação de testes — desejável.
Vivência em projetos de transformação digital e sistemas corporativos de grande porte — desejável.
