About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Planning, Daily Stand-up, Review, Retrospective, and Backlog Refinement)
- Support backlog management and prioritization with stakeholders
- Remove impediments and promote continuous improvement across teams
- Track Agile metrics and delivery progress
- Promote Scrum, Kanban, and flow management best practices
- Support communication among business units, management, and technical teams
- Work on software development projects for digital solutions and IT services
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Graduate degree or three IT certifications (PSM, CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent)
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master on software development projects
- Extensive experience with Kanban and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
- Experience in healthcare projects is desirable and considered a plus
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Brasília, Federal District, with 3 days onsite at the client’s location and 2 days working remotely from home
