About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Administer and provide support for the Central Bank’s Microsoft SharePoint environment
Handle requests, service demands, and incidents related to the environment under the team’s responsibility
Support the platform’s ongoing operation and continuity, in accordance with the technical processes and standards defined by the Central Bank
Log and process requests using the service management tools adopted by the Central Bank
Contribute to keeping the knowledge base up to date

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or another higher education degree combined with a postgraduate qualification in IT
Proven experience administering Microsoft SharePoint products in large enterprises
Experience supporting and maintaining enterprise SharePoint environments
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint integration with the Microsoft ecosystem
ITIL Foundation v3 certification or higher, or documented equivalent training
Certificate of completion for a Microsoft SharePoint course or training program of at least 40 hours
