About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in producing and modifying design calculations, technical reports, engineering plans, and specifications
- Perform research, development, calculations, design, and delivery in partnership with the project team
- Apply engineering techniques, procedures, and design criteria to projects of varying size and complexity
- Assist with project design execution and evaluation using current drawing and technical tools, programs, and software
- Complete assigned work within the provided schedule and hours
- Support preparation and modification of project reports, plans, designs, and calculations
- Assist with project quantity and cost estimates
- Organize and provide administrative support for engineering design files
- Support research, data collection, field investigations, development, and project design
- Work on projects in Aviation, ITS, Traffic, Transit, Tolls, and Construction
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Understanding of engineering principles relevant to the discipline
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD or other software
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
- Relocation and housing are not provided for this position
