About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization of PMIS and BI solutions for infrastructure and capital programs
Work with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to understand business processes, workflows, reporting objectives, and data requirements
Translate business needs into system configurations, data integrations, dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions
Configure PMIS platforms for project controls, cost management, schedule tracking, change management, document control, and workflow automation
Develop scalable reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, data warehouses, and other analytics platforms
Maintain data governance standards and optimize data workflows
Support system adoption and develop training materials
Train end users, system administrators, and project team members
Conduct requirements-gathering and configuration work sessions and document project requirements and procedures
Draft project procedures based on project-team discussions, documented requirements, and contractual documents
Support cross-functional teams in developing and implementing project procedures
Review or build workflow diagrams representing business processes and procedures
Recommend or assist with selection of PMCS technology solutions
Provide ongoing PMCS configuration, adjustment, and reporting support on moderate to complex engagements
Review procedures and systems implementation to drive consistency
Lead technology support teams on moderate engagements
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Information Technology or Business and 5 years related experience, or 9 years IT business process analysis, quality management system development, and/or project controls experience in lieu of education
Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting PMIS platforms such as Trimble Unity Construct (e-Builder), Primavera Unifier, Procore, Kahua, or similar systems
Experience developing dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Oracle BI, or similar business intelligence tools
Strong understanding of data integration, SQL, ETL processes, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts
Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations, workflows, dashboards, and reporting solutions
Strong communication and facilitation skills, including experience training users, supporting system adoption, and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders
Experience supporting capital programs within construction, infrastructure, aviation, transportation, project controls, or program management environments preferred
Knowledge of project controls practices, including cost management, scheduling, forecasting, change management, and performance reporting preferred
Experience with PMIS implementations, system integrations, data migrations, and business process improvement initiatives preferred
Familiarity with enterprise reporting environments, data governance practices, and cloud-based data platforms preferred
Professional certifications such as CCM, PMP, PMI-PBA, Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate, or similar credentials preferred
