About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage assigned projects throughout their full lifecycle
- Develop project scopes, fee quotations, technical proposals, procurement documents, and contracts
- Participate in contract negotiations and oversee project plan delivery
- Manage budgets, schedules, technical requirements, contractual obligations, and client communications
- Perform technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, design, specifications, and production
- Lead project management plans and supervise and mentor project teams
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to resolve design-related issues
- Coordinate project staffing, recruitment, development, retention, succession, and performance reviews
- Support business development, client relationships, pursuit efforts, proposals, and presentations
- Provide technical guidance and perform portions of technical work
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 8 years of relevant experience
- 2 years of task management or Deputy PM experience
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
- Master’s degree in Engineering (preferred)
- 10 years of relevant experience (preferred)
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification (preferred)
- American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) certification (preferred)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
