About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and deliver end-to-end PMC services on a program with a program value of less than $1B
Act as the client’s agent across strategic planning, alternative delivery, innovative financing, procurement/contract management, risk management, project controls, quality management, construction management, closeout and acceptance, and operations/maintenance
Resolve difficult issues with significant financial impact and manage client risk
Pursue opportunities to advance HNTB’s presence and revenue in the PMC market
Build industry and client relationships and represent HNTB with industry organizations
Coordinate significant program matters with senior government/public officials and clients
Define staffing needs and oversee Project Managers, staff, client staff, and subcontractors
Lead the team in understanding client perspectives and success criteria while maintaining firm culture
Develop understanding of HNTB services and firm-wide resources
Participate in client service action plans and client project reviews
Lead operational improvements across operations, technology, contracts, data, and policy for toll programs
Translate performance information and emerging needs into practical improvements that improve efficiency, accountability, reliability, customer experience, and sustainability

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline
15 years relevant experience
Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
Preferred: 10 years of experience in tolling, technology, or a related field
Preferred: 5 years managing or leading a team in successful delivery and operations of toll projects
Preferred: MS in Technology Management, IT, Business or related field
