About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contact overdue debtors by phone and in writing
  • Meet debt collection targets
  • Manage overdue accounts and inform the sales teams and management
  • Identify disputes and forward them to the agencies’ sales and billing departments
  • Lead the monthly debt collection meeting with sales managers and sales representatives
  • Prepare approved files for litigation
  • Monitor debt collection activities, manage overdue accounts, and contribute to achieving the credit department’s objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a company’s Tax Department or at a law firm
  • BTS / DUT or equivalent
  • Specialization in Finance
  • SAP proficiency is essential
  • Knowledge of the Sidetrade debt collection software is a plus
  • Fluent French
  • English is a plus
  • Attention to detail and rigor
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team spirit
