About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Formalize, register, and control the group’s public- and private-sector contracts
  • Draft, review, and adapt private-sector contract templates
  • Coordinate internal validations and signatures through the platform
  • Serve as the operational liaison with public authorities
  • Maintain the contract database and consolidated register of active contracts
  • Track expiration dates, issue renewal alerts, and manage amendments and extensions
  • Apply adjustment indices, prepare pricing schedules, calculation reports, and contract adjustment records
  • Monitor executed, available, and annual/overall contract values
  • Manage performance bonds, policies, endorsements, insured amounts, and coverage periods
  • Monitor scope, deliverables, deadlines, and critical clauses
  • Support contractual rebalancing and manage renewals or closures, including final documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed or ongoing university degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Public Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in contract management, preferably public-sector contracts under Law No. 14,133
  • Familiarity with adjustments based on economic indices (IGP-M, IPCA, IPC-A) and contractual guarantees
  • Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills for tracking deadlines, balances, and the contract portfolio
  • Experience with digital signature platforms and electronic systems used by public authorities, such as SEI
  • Strong attention to deadlines and contractual clauses
  • Organization and discretion
  • Preferred qualifications: experience with companies that provide services to the public sector; experience with bidding processes or post-award monitoring; knowledge of withholding taxes; familiarity with budget control and contract-level margins; experience in a Shared Services Center or supporting multiple companies within the same group
