About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Audit and benchmark all market Facebook pages
Take over the Facebook strategy and KPI framework
Run cross-market growth tests and share learnings
Lead monthly reviews with market social managers
Define Facebook usage across markets, including purpose, posting frequency, post types, brand voice, and community management guidelines
Translate business objectives into Facebook OKRs and targets
Optimize organic reach for the algorithm
Adopt new Facebook features and formats
Identify trends, run tests, align with markets, and document and report results
Own Facebook analytics and reporting, including UTM parameters, tagging, and dashboards
Collect market learnings and develop data-backed recommendations
Define Facebook post standards and write content guidelines with the content team
Provide strategic input on creative and campaign copy
Act as the go-to person for Facebook
Facilitate cross-market meetings and strategic reviews
Handle flags, reports, appeals, suspensions, and related documentation
Co-manage the Meta partner relationship
Own and develop the Facebook tool stack, including evaluating and rolling out tools such as Fanpage Karma and Meta Business Suite

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years growing organic reach on Facebook, ideally across several markets
Experience owning a channel strategy end to end, from KPI framework to execution guidelines
Strong analytical skills: GA4, Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets, UTM and tagging logic
Use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude
High social media affinity and interest
Knowledge of Meta Business Suite
Proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to test and learn
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Comfortable running meetings with market leads
Fluent in English
Another language from one of the company’s markets is a plus
Fanpage Karma is a plus
