About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide support to office employees
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them appropriately
- Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar
- Organize meetings and take accurate minutes
- Write and distribute emails, memos, and letters
- Contribute to company reports
- Maintain an organized filing system
- Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures

Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma/GED required
- Associate’s degree or administrative training preferred
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position
- Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines
- Excellent computer skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize projects
- Position requires some on-site attendance, including community events
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as-needed for this position
- Must reside within California
